Katlego auditioned for her role a few months ago and was relieved to be cast as Kgothalo. And she’s having a ball working at the SABC3 soapie, adding that the Isidingo (1998-current) cast and crew is “like watching a well-oiled machine work every single day”. They’ve also welcomed the soapie actress, who’s going to be on Isidingo until January 2017. “My character isn’t like any other that I’ve played before,” says Katlego. “I’ve often played softer, feminine and gentle characters, but now Kgothalo wears the pants and has a very direct approach to life, love and her career.”
