Generations – The Legacy

-

FEBRUARY

Smanga realises that he wants to be part of his unborn baby’s life when he has a “moment” with his babymama Sphe, who’s also his sister-in-law. However, a fearful Uncle Tebogo tells Sphe to leave town with the hopes that his nephew Smanga will get over his idea of being with her. Zitha’s business plans appear to be going well until she gets bad news that threatens to destroy her company and her dreams, while badguy Mrekza hates working alongside his rival Namhla at fastfood business S’khaftin Chicken. Mrekza plots revenge on Namhla for stealing his money, and Mazwi warns his brother Smanga to stay away from Sphe. What Mazwi doesn’t know is that Smanga’s told the family his plan: to reveal that he’s the baby’s father, not Mazwi.

MARCH

A concerned Nandi tells her son Fana to do what feels right when it comes to his new love interest Nolwazi, and Gadaffi realises that he’s been doublecrossed and he threatens to kill Tshidi for stealing his money. Meanwhile, Namhla is shocked to discover that her new friend Thabiso (Matli Mohapeloa) was in jail and knows her brother Fana, and Gog’Flo is surprised by her daughter Lucy’s character change when Lucy calmly helps the Diales sort out an argument. Sphe makes Smanga feel guilty about their pregnancy, and Getty is jealous when her friend Wandile goes on a date.

A motivated Nandi wants a new life and she asks Lucy to help her get things back on track but Lucy’s sceptical. Sphe blames Smanga for ruining her life, and Thabiso’s afraid to tell Nolwazi that he likes her. Zitha and Fana have a work meeting at a restaurant and Fana mistakes it for a date, while Jack and Tau are shocked by the board’s vote. Later Gadaffi chases Tshidi out of his house before doing something he’ll regret.
