Wyatt (Darin Brooks) is practically following his brother Liam’s (Scott Clifton) ex-fiancée Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) around with a moving van on Friday 24 March as she contemplates moving out of Liam’s beach house and back into the Forrester mansion. But he’s suggesting another address where she can stash her toothbrush and her fashionable wardrobe – his place.
Wyatt tells Steffy, “My life is better with you in it. I want to see this beautiful face first thing in the morning when I wake up. And I want to kiss these lips before bed every night.” When Steffy rejects the idea of playing house with one of the Spencer boys again, he tells her that she has it twisted. “Marry me,” he insists. “When we were down on the beach, I told you that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you. I know that I said that I’d give you time to think about it, but time’s up. Marry me!”
Wyatt goes to one knee on Monday 27 March and adds, “You are amazing and exquisite. You’re one of a kind. You’re the only woman that I want to be with. Tell me that I can do that. I’ve wanted you for a long time, Steffy. And now that we’re together, I want to be together in every way. I’m right in front of you, the man that you’ve been looking for. I will always support you and put you first and I will never leave you. I will devote my life to being the husband that you deserve.” And he doesn’t stop begging until Steffy says yes. If only Wyatt and Steffy knew that while they’re promising each other forever, an amnesiac Liam is promising his “wife”, Wyatt’s mom Quinn (Rena Sofer), that “I’ll be right here. Always…” NB!
