Investigative journalist Uhuru left his family in pieces when he phoned from his assignment in the Democratic Republic Of Congo to reveal that his life was in danger. Back in Jozi at the wedding business Yours Truly Concepts, sisters Thandi and Azania were forced to do damage control when a furious woman used social media websites to attack the business.
12 – 14 APRIL
Uhuru arrives home safely following his dangerous assignment and he has one goal: to win his adopted sister Thandi’s heart. Meanwhile, Azania is out of ideas about how to save Yours Truly’s reputation after it takes another hit on social media, and Thandi is hesitant to meet with her adoptive brother Uhuru when he asks her out on a lunch date. Later, photographer Lebo joins the wedding planning business and the ladies can’t help but fawn over their hot new colleague, and Chris is overjoyed when his wife Azania reveals their baby’s gender.
17 – 21 APRIL
Mam Gerty keeps her children Azania and Uhuru in the dark about their dad Ace’s prison release, and Lebo asks Thandi out on a date. Thandi and Azania both get anonymous gifts at their office, and Lydia tells Mam Gerty that she blames the Moswane family for her troubled relationship with her biological daughter Thandi. Elsewhere, daddy’s girl Azania is excited to learn that Ace is a free man and she reaches out to him.
24 – 25 APRIL
Uhuru feels torn when Mam Gerty asks him to stay away from Ace, while an overwhelmed Charmaine turns to Damian to help her with the floral work. Meanwhile, Azania is suspicious of Chris’s nervousness around her.
