24 – 26 MAY
Chloe tells Kevin that she doesn’t want Bella’s biological father in the picture. Victor takes out a restraining order against Dylan, and Jack throws Billy across the room after Ashley tells him that Billy loves Phyllis. Jack then dumps Phyllis after she confesses to the affair and he gives reporter Lois Thompson the scoop.
29 MAY – 2 JUNE
Jack demands a divorce, and Jill offers Travis a job at Chancellor Industries’ international office. Victoria asks Travis to move in with her, and Jack confronts Victor, fires Phyllis after she discusses her affair in the press, and quits the board of the Abbott Winters foundation because he believes that people can’t change. Everyone except Ashley urges Jack and Phyllis to fight for their marriage but Phyllis falls down the stairs while pleading with Jack to take her back, and Billy later wakes Phyllis with a kiss in the hospital.
5 – 6 JUNE
Paul questions Phyllis about her fall, and Billy pleads with Jack to forgive Phyllis. Later, Devon buys the GC Buzz paper so he can fire a reporter who makes Jack look like a killer and tattles on Devon’s attempt to bury the story about Phyllis and Jack’s affair.
