24 – 26 MAY

Barker has his goons putting together money to compensate the people for the land but Sechaba and Basetsana are relying a lawsuit for the land claim. Gabriel is determined to put the sizzle back in his and Nikiwe’s relationship by holding a recommitting ceremony, and Angie can redeem her career but it means going to the dark side where money could be an issue.

29 MAY – 2 JUNE

Barker makes his final offer for the land but he gives the community a tight window to decide on their answer. Sechaba doesn’t want the community making a rash decision, Morongwa’s liquor business is under threat, and Nikiwe gets amazing news. Anja can’t get her parents to see things from her perspective, and Sibeko Gold and Haines International’s merger is approved by the government and it’s time for the board to meet their new investors, whose identity will leave them speechless. Elsewhere, Angie agrees to take on Sechaba’s land claim case.

5 – 6 JUNE

Benjamin’s announcement sends Nikiwe into a tailspin, and Rajesh plots his revenge on Barker. Gabriel has a heart-to-heart with Nikiwe, and later the hostel is under scrutiny from the mine managers. NB! See more on p51.
