A lot of preparation goes into filming steamy scenes on Bold & Beautiful.
How does Brooke from Bold prepare for all those steamy scenes? – JUDY HORAK, VIA EMAIL There is actually a lot of work involved. “We usually get a spray tan a few days prior to the love scenes to make sure our bodies look sun-kissed and not too pale,” says Katherine Kelly Lang, who plays Brooke, when she spoke to us. “The day of the scene we spend a lot of time getting make up applied to our bodies and also everything is choreographed. As for the TV kisses, they are not exactly like real kisses. There is a way to do it that makes it looks more attractive and we don’t use our tongues. Another thing about kisses onscreen: we always make sure our breath is minty fresh before starting to film one. It’s the courteous thing to do for your scene partner!” NB! See more on p28.
