Publishing mogul Bill (Don Diamont) wants nothing more than to see Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) fall from grace. The men have been at war for years and according to Bill, “Ridge is nothing but a glorified tailor masquerading as a company CEO.” But thanks to Bill’s blabbering wife Katie (Heather Tom), a scheme to de-throne Ridge falls right into Bill’s lap on Tuesday 27 June.
POWERFUL SECRET
“You are my husband and I don’t want to keep secrets from you,” Katie tells Bill on Tuesday 27 June. “Ridge isn’t Douglas’s [Abigail and Brielle Rivera] biological father.” So who is? “Thomas [Pierson Fodé],” says Katie. And that’s like throwing petrol on a fire – Ridge’s son being the father of Ridge’s new son is front-page news. Raging-bull Bill wants blood and doesn’t care that his family is involved – Ridge is married to Bill’s niece Caroline (Linsey Godfrey).
DAMSEL IN DISTRESS
Katie realises what she’s done on Wed- nesday 28 June and there’s no stopping Bill, especially when his upset sister-inlaw Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) stops by. Ridge is forcing her son Rick (Jacob Young) out of Forrester Creations and out of the country. “I keep trying to get Ridge to make an effort with him and talk to Rick, but he doesn’t. He just shuts him out. I don’t want to lose my son,” sobs Brooke.
Bill is a schemer and having a partner in his war with Ridge makes sense. So he tells Brooke what he knows and when Katie walks in on them on Thursday 29 June, she knows exactly what’s going on. “We have this intimate conversation where I confide something in you as my husband,” Katie shouts at Bill. “And my sister Brooke takes priority over anything that we share. That is how you hurt me the most!”
WIFEY WOES
Bill is going to kill two birds with one stone after Katie grabs bottles of booze from their kitchen on Thursday 29 June. Her drinking is a problem and on Monday 3 July, Bill tells Brooke that being with Katie isn’t working and “this isn’t doing her any good”. Oops – looks like the Logan ladies will be fighting again because Bill adds, “Brooke, I love you.”
