Blitz is out of jail after a weekend of trouble, and the Stryders need a new plan of action. Maryke inspires Koekie to try a new form of exercise, and Kristien has a suggestion for Bart that could work to their advantage. Magda worries about Koekie’s new obsession, Kristien and Renate’s “friendly” competition for the Women’s Day function continues, and Blitz’s alleged crime is front-page news.
