The Real Housewives Of New York are turning on the reality TV magic for round 9 of their real-life series.

The ladies of the concrete jungle have some growing up to do in season 9 of the Real Housewives of New York City (2008-current). “This season is an emotional rollercoaster,” says fan-favourite Bethenny Frankel, who explains that there’s a lot of quarrelling and divisions happening this time round. While the group has always been in good terms with each other, they’re on opposite ends of the field now and “it’s like we’re in a therapy session. It’s kind of a banged up, beaten up and disastrous group of broads,” Bethenny adds. The wives are turning over new leaves as they plan a wedding, fight bankruptcy, deal with loss and travel to Mexico together.
WIVES ON THE MOVE
1 Tinsley Mortimer is the newcomer this season. She’s an ex-socialite and lives with Sonia while getting used to life in The Big Apple.
2 Sonja Morgan is going to get a dose of her own medicine this season – the other wives confront her for her non-stop trash-talking. She’s also got her hands full juggling a Broadway show and sending her daughter Quincy to boarding school.
3 Bethenny Frankel invites celebrity real estate agent and pal Fredrik Eklund from Million Dollar Listing New York (2012-current) to help her renovate and sell her old apartment.
4 Ramona Singer goes on a mission to find love after her divorce. Her man-hunt is keeping her busy, but she still finds time to run down her co-stars behind their backs.
5 Luann D’Agostino is getting over her failed marriage by planning her dream wedding. The Wives try to talk her out of it but Luann is determined to “follow my heart – it’s perfect!”
6 Dorinda Medley is the only Wife invited to Luann’s wedding. She’s also trying to get everyone on the same page and being friends again, “Like the good old days,” she laughs.
7 Carole Radziwill is focused on the presidential election. The journo also wants to take the next step in her relationship with her boyfriend Adam Kenworthy and moves in with him.
