MARCH
Bongi turns to Bash to clear her mind about her failing marriage to Lungile, and Lungile is doing everything he can to support his pregnant girlfriend Lerato. Fats and Jamaica call a truce for the sake of their salon business, and Puleng tries to save her husband Suffocate from the Baporofeta Gang. Nomalanga is rushed to hospital with pregnancy complications, and singer Reneilwe offers her spare bedroom to her homeless bestie Mampho. Lerato is taken to hospital with a similar issue to Nomalanga and the doctors try to save both mothers and babies. Mampho is excited about moving in with Renei, and Lerato is told that her baby died but the doctors are talking to the wrong mom. Bongi’s plan to break up her husband Lungile and his babymama takes an ugly turn when she switches the babies, giving Lerato Nomalanga’s dead newborn.
APRIL
Bongi takes Bash hostage when he threatens to expose her baby-swap scheme, and Renei is missing. Single Cuba gets a makeover to catch her dream man, and Mampho is stressing about Reneilwe. Cuba’s online dating profile scores her a suitor, and Kop blames Mampho for his daughter Reneilwe’s abduction. Renei meanwhile wakes up in a dark warehouse and realises that she’s been kidnapped by human traffickers. Bash tells Pearl about the baby switch, and Detective Madikgetla (Lerato Moloi) takes the lead in Reneilwe’s case. Mampho’s social media strategy #WhereIsElektra goes viral, and Detective Madikgetla goes undercover to try rescue Renei. Puleng is upset that her savings have been used by her mom Cuba for home renovations, and Bash doesn’t know how to tell Lungile and Lerato that their baby is alive.

Kop and his family are anxiously waiting for any news from the police about Reneilwe, and there is disbelief for one new mother. Suffocate faces another enemy who wants to see the convictturned-businessman crash and burn, and there could be drama for one deranged character who oversteps the mark with their actions and puts their entire plan in jeopardy.
