Quinton plays open cards with Tertius about him and Karli, and Jana returns from London and she’s ready to take back her position as head of oncology. Annelize and Maggie raise eyebrows, and Louis tries to get peace between Okkie and Wimpie. A newcomer has the men fighting for her love, and a family is struck by tragedy.
APRIL
Annelize’s ex arrives in town and that spells trouble, and Okkie gets welcome visitors. Quinton is invited to a card game, and Wilna doesn’t get the answers she needs and faces ghosts from her past. Another unexpected guest arrives at the Ferreira home, and Pippa becomes part of someone’s plan. Elsewhere, Okkie has reason for his feeling of anxiety.
MAY
Jana distracts herself with dance classes, and Louis is the only Koster who seems supportive of Jana. Conrad blames Pippa after a patient is left in a coma, and Bronwyn thinks that At is being too hard on people and that he needs to soften up.

Ferdi died after suffering another stroke, and Busi confronted Pippa about her attitude towards Ami.
14 – 16 FEBRUARY
Valentine’s Day is still important to a couple of people, and Karen realises who Naomi really is. Dirk makes a significant offer, and Naomi and Okkie can’t escape their pasts. Naomi makes Ciske an offer she can’t refuse, and Busi gives Pippa real information.
19 – 23 FEBRUARY
Ami asks Pippa to help her with Dirk, and Wimpie’s faith is rocked. Quinton lies to Tertius about his whereabouts, Naomi must work through her mixed feelings, and someone finds an engagement ring. Naomi has plans for Ferdi’s assets, Annelize is excited after her meeting with Maggie, while Quinton struggles to hide his real feelings. Pippa thinks that Naomi needs to get into a routine, and Jana’s future return to the hospital is questioned, but Conrad is certain of Jana’s position.
26 – 27 FEBRUARY
Conrad is haunted by his guilt, and Quinton and Karli have an argument. Ruben needs advice about Lexi, Karli gives Quinton a taste of his own medicine, and Ruben moves in with the Ferreiras.
