Lexi gets a strange delivery at the hospital, and Steve is concerned about security at the clinic. Elana and Annelize are heading towards a confrontation, and Annelize’s spying is leading her to a discovery about Debbie and Wilna. Louis finds himself in an uncomfortable position, and there is bad news for Wilna. Conrad tells Elana not to talk to Debbie, and Tertius reveals his diagnosis for Ilse. Lexi’s conscience is weighing heavily on her, and Renate and Trudie’s argument turns into a falling out of nuclear proportions. Elana doesn’t realise what Conrad’s plan with Wilna is, and Annelize tells Eben to move forward with his life.
