1 – 3 AUGUST

The Moroka Elders order Smanga to move out of the family home, and Lucy gives her brother Cosmo’s girlfriend Mei the cold shoulder. Zitha gets comfort from her sister Wandile in the wake of her ruined wedding, Sphe continues to fight for her broken marriage even though Mazwi no longer has feelings for her, and Okuhle reveals her plans to stay in town longer than the Celes had expected. Tshidi steals more of her brother Tau’s business clients, and Mrekza pesters Lucy about having a baby.

6 – 10 AUGUST

Mazwi steps down as CEO of the Morokas’ marketing company Ezweni, which leaves his troublemaker brother Smanga to take the reins. The community gathers to celebrate Cosmo and Mei’s wedding, and Wandile whispers a word of wisdom in Mazwi ear, suggesting that he make amends with his previous business and romantic partners before he ends up all alone. Uncle Kabisi throws Smanga out of the house, and Lucy’s doctors give her a definitive answer following her consultation: there’s no way that she’s having another child biologically.

13 – 14 AUGUST

Sphe worries when Okuhle doesn’t return home, Jack wants revenge on his kids Fana and Sphe for kicking him off the his building project, and Lucy bites Mei’s head off during dinner.
