1 – 3 AUGUST

Mthunzi urges Chichi to co-operate with him but she isn’t convinced that his plan to reinforce Xolile’s dependence on him is a good idea. All eyes are on Romeo as a tense drama with Xolile plays out, Quentin discusses Hlengiwe’s family drama with Ndu, and Hlengiwe tries to cut her budget. Phindile meanwhile tries to alert Stokkies to Gloria’s cheating.

6 – 10 AUGUST

Mthunzi is kept on his toes when Lerumo is brought in to determine exactly what happened to Xolile. Just as he predicted she would, Xolile plays into Mthunzi’s hands following her traumatic experience, and Hlengiwe searches for a second job to support her family but she starts fraying at the edges as the demands from her jobs and her family steadily increase. Elsewhere, a fight erupts after Phindile turns the tables when she finds out what Gloria has been up to behind her back.

13 – 14 AUGUST

Lerumo has a brainwave about Xolile’s case, and Mthunzi fears that Chichi will give everything away. Xolile foils Mthunzi’s plan to exit discretely, and Hlengiwe opens up about the pressure that her family is placing on her.
