1 – 3 AUGUST

The miners confront Hendrik about job cuts in Horizon Deep, Ntando has the hots for Kgothalo, and Anja tells her brother Zandre that Seline will bring him trouble. Nina demands that Lincoln take her name out of his memoirs, and Zandre discovers that Seline’s husband Clive has been keeping tabs on them. Back on the mines, the workers learn that Sibeko Gold is going ahead with the mine automation scheme.

6 – 10 AUGUST

The miners go on strike, and Lincoln gets more opposition to his tell-all book. Zandre and Seline are getting closer despite the husband danger, Wendy picks up on Zandre’s strange behaviour, and Sechaba and Ben are struggling to remain civil thanks to the miner unrest. Kgothalo’s Women’s Day event is a flop, and Morongwa opens a door at the Bokamoso Hotel and makes an unsettling discovery. Nina puts Cebisa in her place, the miners head to Hendrik’s house to demand answers, and Thabang tells Zandre to be wary of Seline and the trouble she brings.

13 – 14 AUGUST

The miners launch an attack in Hendrik’s home, Lincoln leaves his Sibeko family feeling uneasy, Zandre discovers Seline and Clive’s connection, and an offer is sent to the miners.
