Mzi struggled to accept that his girlfriend Pearl was once engaged to his father Suffocate, and Nomalanga and her husband Zolani schemed to have Lerato return to Rustenburg.

1 – 3 AUGUST

The Ndlovu Elders arrange Puleng and Suffocate’s vow renewal ceremony, and Nomalanga’s meddling ends with Lerato receiving an eviction notice from her landlord. Zolani and Nomalanga celebrate their triumph when a teary-eyed Lerato begs to move in with them, and Puleng tries to make amends with Mzi. Meanwhile, Red Records’ highest selling musician Glow considers leaving the country with his manager Fats.

6 – 10 AUGUST

Fats hesitates leaving his family behind, and Nomalanga refuses to let her best friend Lerato move into her home. David demands that Toolkit choose a side in his ongoing war with his business rival Suffo, and with nowhere to turn, Lerato sleeps in her car. Mzi and Pearl’s relationship is under threat from outside forces, and Fats misses his plane flight because he’s comforting Lerato. Suffo takes a business trip to KZN, and Bash warns Nomalanga to tell Lerato the truth about stealing Lerato’s baby or else…

13 – 14 AUGUST

Fats urges Lerato to settle the score with Nomalanga and Zolani, David takes his fight with Suffo to KZN, and Pearl and Mzi are caught in the middle of their families’ war yet again!
