Money-loving opportunist Schumacher sees a future with Gracious and her bursting-at-the-seams bank account.
For playboy Schumacher (Vuyolwethu Ngcukana), falling in love doesn’t require much emotion; just first- class trips around the world, walks on private islands and expensive gifts from his partner. closed of? Gracious is equally beautiful as she is powerful – and not just with her looks. He is taken by her luxury cars, houses and the amount of money she has in her bank account – she ticks his boxes. But behind closed doors, she also has a softer side and that is intriguing for Schumacher. What is his reaction when she insists on hiding him from her loved ones? It does not sit well with him at first, it makes him feel uneasy. But with time, he realises that keeping their relationship discreet might work in their favour because he works for her rival Harriet (Connie Ferguson) and they don’t need the wrong people asking the wrong questions. This isn’t the first time that Schumacher has had an older lover who spoilt him He secretly dated his boss Kgosi (Sello Maake ka-Ncube) in 2017. What makes this different? Schumacher is over Kgosi. He has started over with a clean slate with Gracious. He’s moved on from past mistakes like lying and cheating. He’s started fresh with her.
