Sne and Dr Dhlomo’s romance was threatened by a jealous cousin, and Mbali and Thabo tried to make their marriage work but his first wife Precious gatecrashed their happy home.

Lindelani makes another attempt at fighting for what he has with Mbali, an “American” makes a grand entrance at Durban Gen and, Miriam cuts off Thabo and his family. The Americanised version of MacGyver charms Kamogelo with his fantastical stories, Mbali chooses to be with Thabo while an eagerly waiting Lindelani remains hopeful that she’ll show up, and Mrs Dlamini’s plan comes back to bite her. Mbali tries to make it up to Lindelani for standing him up but she ends up in Thabo’s arms again, Kamo goes to Durban Gen to pay her American gangster a visit, and Dr Dhlomo gives Msizi advice regarding Nkanyezi.

The hospital is like a mad house as the preparations for Sne’s wedding are underway, Mbali reconciles with Lindelani and she leaves Thabo out in the cold, and MacGyver tries to make things work with Kamo but she wants to speak to Oprah Winfrey (not onscreen) first. An embarrassed Mbali wakes up next to Thabo and makes a quick escape, Dhlomo is done waiting and wants to make his marriage with Sne official, and a certain Mrs Dlamini learns shocking news about Thabo and Mbali. MacGyver uses the ambulance to service a “patient”, Bhengu makes a distasteful joke about Sne to Dhlomo, and Lindelani is on a mission to prove that he is a hero. Sne later gets the worst possible gift from her fiancé.
