Jojo tries to protect his father but someone else is hurt in the process, a heart is broken to save a life, and Ndumiso’s underhanded tactic backfires. Mukuna proves that he isn’t so easy to fool and makes an ominous threat, Dintle comes up with a dodgy idea to help a friend, and a mother is given a taste of what she most wants. A search party threatens to derail everything for a desperate man, an eye-for-an-eye leaves the Kubekas shaken and Jojo seeing red, and past wounds are reopened when Ndu and Gontse take a ride down memory lane.
A guilty man pulls a fast one and gets the police to focus on the innocent, Jojo is determined to cut the strings of the puppet master controlling his family, and Ndumiso sees things from a new perspective. Dintle stumbles into a dangerous situation, the black sheep is asked to come back into the fold, and there’s no love in war and the gloves come off as both parties play dirty. An olive branch meanwhile is rejected, leaving a son desperate.
