Zee makes a confession to Uys, a party upsets Steve, and Delia shares a significant decision. Piet sends a warning to At, Chanel has a plan with her nose, and later she pulls the rug out from under her father’s feet. At proves to be an annoyance for a couple of people, the younger doctors impress the older generation, and Karen and Liam must have a serious discussion. Tertius tries to support Annelize with her plan, Zee witnesses a romantic gesture, and Jeremy’s arrival gets as many mixed reactions as Chanel’s plan.
Steve and Hugo bet on the outcome of the internship scheme, Brandon asks Steve for a big favour, and Uys shares too little of his heart with Zee. At is looking for a new minion, Karen shares her concerns with Gaby, and Liam asks Zee to do him a favour. Annelize plays cat-and-mouse with a journalist, Marissa is asked to become part of a problematic situation, and Conrad shares his fears about Jeremy with At. It becomes clear that Elton wants to win Tertius’s favour, Marissa realises the origin of Chanel’s problem, and Karen can no longer keep her mouth shut. Tracy gets the feeling that someone from her past is back in her life, Zee’s words are heard loud and clear, and Marissa rubs salt into Brandon’s wounds. Jeremy makes it obvious who his next target is, Conrad is worried about the ghosts of the past, and an argument is swept under the rug.
