Vhutshilo gets the girl, but can he keep her? Zama, get ready to be ghosted, distrusted and disrespected.
Vhutshilo (Wavhudi Lidzhegu) has been trying to impress his lady love Zama (Yolanda Buthelezi) for a while now. He’s put a lot of thought and energy into courting her, but maybe Zama should have listened a little harder when her inner voice said no.
Vhutshilo has a lot of romantic insecurities he hasn’t dealt with since his father Azwindini (Gabriel Temudzani) stole his last girlfriend Gugu (Bukamina Cebekhulu) from him, and those fears come crawling out like maggots in this new relationship. He even ghosts Zama on their first date! “Vhutshilo is extremely excited about going out with Zama, but when he sees how well dressed she is for their date, he leaves without meeting her. He ditches her because he feels that he won’t be able to match up to her standards,” explains Wavhudi. Luckily for him, Zama is ready to give him another chance.
HEART TO HEART
Although Vhutshilo has his reservations about meeting Zama’s standards, he’s on cloud nine as he finds himself in a steadfast relationship with her. Not only is their relationship going strong, the pair

He was still upset that Gugu left him for his own dad, but he found his happiness again when he met Zama. Now that she is his girlfriend and she loves him a lot, things couldn’t be better,” says Wavhudi.
RED-FLAG LAUNDRY DAY!
Vhutshilo and Zama are living the blissful life of a newly dating couple, but Vhutshilo notices Azwindini eyeing Zama and the teen snaps at his dad. “Vhutshilo becomes angry and insecure when he sees Azwindini and Zama together, because he thinks that his father will steal Zama from him just like he did with Gugu. He doesn’t trust Azwindini around Zama, and this leads to him snapping at Zama when he sees her talking to Azwindini at the restaurant,” reveals Wavhudi.
HANDS OFF, DAD!
Some high-intensity showdowns and confrontations between son and father soon play out, and this time around Vhutshilo is going to fight for his relationship. He will do anything to keep Daddy Dearest far away from Zama. As for Zama… get ready to be a bone between two dogs.
