Gordon betrayed Dineo’s trust by agreeing to her new stokvel project while secretly planning to ditch it at the first chance, and Maddie went to war with her godmother Angelique.

Gordon realises that Dineo has pushed him off the new Legacy projects, and Robbie is told to take out a restraining order against Maddie but he’s not sure. Robbie asks Gordon to forgive him for stabbing him in the back, and Dineo gets her son Sefako to join her new investment scheme. Chloe doesn’t know what to do with Maddie, and Sanele is furious when Sefako is promoted ahead of him in Dineo’s newest Legacy project. Gordon and Angelique are furious with Dineo but there’s nothing they can do about her decisions, and Stefan and Sims think that they’re doing good work but they’re digging in the wrong hole.

Robbie wants to make sure that Maddie is doing okay but he’s in for a surprise, and Stefan and Sims have good luck with their contact from Stefan’s dad Willem. Chloe feels helpless when her sister Maddie is taken to ICU but it’s all Maddie’s fault, and Gordon tries to get the Legacy board to limit Dineo’s authority. Maddie makes a confession to Robbie that changes his mind, and Gordon fears that Maddie is mentally unwell and that she’s manipulating Robbie and the Price family again. Dineo worries that her project is going to fail and ruin her career and reputation, but she and Gordon are in for a shock. Maddie realises that she’s going to have to destroy Dineo to get to Robbie, and Stefan and Sims think that they’ve found the mastermind behind the copper theft but they’re running into danger.
