Commercial premises to go under the gavel

COMING up for auction on July 24 is a 2 700m three-storey commercial building at 60 White Road, Retreat.

Tanya Jovanovski, co-franchisee for Rawson Auctions in the Western Cape, says the total achievable monthly rental is R120 000.

“The current tenant list includes food storage firm Cambro and Engedi Church,” she says.

“On the third level are 29 offices ranging in size from 17m2 to 60m , for tenants who want smaller office spaces… The facilities include three boardrooms, a kitchen and a reception area. All offices have internet ports and are serviced by contracted cleaners.”

The building has been well maintained, so it is in good condition, and there is ample on site parking. It has 24-hour security and controlled access.

“In view of the satisfactory tenants, we expect bids to be in the region of R9 million,” says Jovanovski.

The auction will be held at noon, on July 24, at the Rawson Property Group’s head office at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch.
