Zululand’s finest error

A ZULULAND woman who got the shock of her life when she received 570 traffic fines totalling a staggering R72 500, finally breathed a sigh of relief this week when the uMhlathuze Municipality conceded that they had duplicated the fines.

It later emerged that she had only been issued two tickets, which were duplicated 285 times.

“I’m just glad that this whole mess is over,” she said. – Weekend Argus Reporter
