Do’s and dont’s

THE rules, according to the City of Cape Town: ● Fireworks may be bought only from shops which have permits from the police to sell them. ● It is illegal to discharge fireworks in areas not specifically designated for the purpose. ● Fireworks may be sold only in sealed packages, as they were received from the suppliers. ● Children younger than 16 may not discharge or buy fireworks without adult supervision.
