in helping to get Sitari Country Estate complete within seven years. The size of the estate at 192 hectares makes this a necessity. We are sure these country homes will sell out fast, like the rest of the homes at Sitari have, as they will appeal to larger families who need more space.”
Chairman of Trinity Projects, Leslie Viljoen, says the first phase of 50 completed country homes will consist of three- bedroom homes with top-class finishes. Each home is designed by Trinity and BPAS Architecture and allocated to a specific erf to form a cohesive streetscape as well as complying with the stringent Sitari architectural and urban planning guidelines.
The first batch of 13 country homes is being offered at a special launch price of R2.495m to R2.935m including VAT.
Construction of the show village of country homes is set to start this month and next month and to be completed by May and June. Says Trinity Projects managing director Erik Joubert: “Trinity is the largest developer at Sitari Country Estate, accredited to sell completed country homes. Our turnkey product ensures a seamless process designed to take the stress out of buying a new home, with easy access to bond finance and handover on time. An important factor in the roll-out of Sitari Country Estate is that construction has started on all the elements ensuring a true country lifestyle of convenience. Construction of the Curro Sitari School campus is well under way.”
All of the country homes have three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a double garage. House sizes range from 187m² to 225m², on plots of 450m² to 460m². Fittings and finishes include Grohe taps, Geberit sanitaryware, engineered stone countertops, aluminium windows and sliding doors, gas fireplaces, porcelain tiles, laminated flooring in bedrooms, solar energy geysers, Elite roof tiles, automatic garage doors, and landscaped gardens with automatic irrigation.
With the plots and apartments in phase one sold out and strong demand for phase two, the country homes are expected to move quickly, says Coetzee.
