Twin girls, 3, die in bus inferno

THREE-year old twin girls died when the bus in which they were travelling caught alight on the N3 between Harrismith and Warden in the Free State yesterday.

Netcare 911 spokesman Chris Botha said the charred bodies of the toddlers were found in the wreckage after emergency services extinguished the blaze.

The bus driver and another child were critically injured, while another four were in a serious condition. – ANA
