We have 24-hour manned security with remote controlled gates and CCTV as well as weekly on-site clinic, emergency medical panic button and 24-hour carer to ensure our residents’ safety and well-being. Local doctors are available to do house calls. More extensive care can be arranged with a local private nursing service if needed.

Occupation is immediate – there is currently no waiting list. We have a variety of units available to meet a wide range of Life Right purchase budgets.

All units are tastefully furnished and serviced on a daily basis. You can bring your own furniture if wish to. The Avenue Retirement Hotel is walker and wheelchair friendly.

Our reasonable levies include three meals a day, morning and afternoon tea, as well as laundering of clothing and bedding weekly, 24-hour security, 24-hour carer on duty, and weekly clinic. We have limited on-site parking, which can be offered at a nominal fee when available.
