Setback for Zuma

THE CONSTITUTIONAL Court has told the state prosecutor it cannot appeal against a ruling to reinstate corruption charges against President Jacob Zuma.

In April the High Court ordered a review of a National Prosecuting Authority decision to set aside hundreds of corruption charges against Zuma, calling them “irrational”, allowing Zuma to run for president in 2009.
