Tenanted retail unit on the block

CLAREMART Auction Group will include a tenanted retail unit in The Island Club at Century City in its multiple commercial auction this month.

“Unit 450 of The Island Club at Century City consists of 106m² divided into four shops overlooking the canal, and opposite Canal Walk Shopping Centre,” says ClareMart’s senior auction agent, Sanjeev Boyjoonauth.

Completed in 2005, The Island Club was constructed around the islands and canals at Century City, and includes apartments and a boutique four star hotel.

Unit 450 will be auctioned at the One& Only Hotel, V& A Waterfront on October 31 at 12.30pm. A five percent deposit and 10 percent auctioneer’s commission are payable on the fall of the gavel.
