In summer the menu is set for al fresco dining with mouth watering salads and fresh seafood dominating the well rounded menu.

Under the Bedouin tent those interested in the art of viniculture can enjoy a wine tasting presented by a knowledgeable assistant – and for those interested in something new – a tasting experience of South Africa’s best craft beers has also recently been introduced.
