All aboard for TB awareness teams

THE NGO TB HIV Care lived up to its pay-off line “bringing health services to people where they are, whoever they are” when they boarded trains around Cape Town to spread their message on World TB Day.

The organisation set up a pop-up clinic at Cape Town Station and sent teams in every direction yesterday to meet commuters.

World TB Day is observed on March 24 to build public awareness about the global epidemic and efforts to eliminate the disease.– ANA
