ON 31 MAY, Rawson Auctions Western Cape will bring to auction a three- bedroomed Fish Hoek family home that includes a granny flat.

The auction will be by silent tender, with written offers to be submitted in sealed envelopes. Tenders will close at noon on 31 May. The reserve price for the property is R2 300 000, but all offers will be reviewed. The rates and taxes are about R1 300 per month.

No registrati­on fee is required to bid with Rawson Auctions.
