Gordon’s Bay flat to be sold next week

BUYERS may pick up a bargain when a two-bedroom flat in Gordon’s Bay goes under the hammer next week, says Dan van Zyl, owner and auctioneer at Ikaya Properties.

The property forms part of an estate. The sale will take place on site at Unit 2, Bell Air, 30 Miller Street at 11am on June 13. There will be no reserve price, but the sale will be subject to confirmation by the executor.

Bidders must register and provide identity documents and proof of residential address. No registration fee is payable. A deposit of 10% of the bidding price plus auctioneer’s commission is payable by bank cheque or EFT on auction day.
