UN coma inquiry
GENEVA: The UN human rights investigator on North Korea has called on Pyongyang to provide a full explanation of why an American student was returned home this week in a coma after being in custody for more than a year.
Otto Warmbier, 22, who was held in North Korea for 17 months, is in a state of “unresponsive wakefulness”, his Ohio doctors said.. Tomas Ojea Quintana said the authorities have to explain what made him slip into a coma. – Reuters
