Terrorists thwarted

TEHRAN: Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps thwarted a terrorist group in the western province, Tehran Times daily reported.

The corps said three were killed and one had been arrested. The force also seized guns and ammunition.

The Iranians have launched operations in different parts of the country, killing a number of people with “terrorist” plans and arresting others. The recent operations came following an armed attack by the Islamic State in Tehran.
