Smeg, other top appliances at exclusive sale

-

BIDWAY will present an exclusive auction featuring top quality household appliances and furniture at its new auction house at 179 Albert Road, Woodstock, at 11am on Thursday, says auctioneer Stef Olivier, who heads the company.

On auction will be newlyreleased appliances from Smeg, LG, Defy, KIC and Samsung.

“Smeg is recognised as one of the most exclusive brands available in South Africa,” Olivier says.

“A five-burner gas stove, a four-burner gas stove with electrical oven, a gas hob, dishwashers, washing machines and kettles, all from the Smeg stable, will be on the floor on auction day. Smeg is famous for its retro-style dishwashers and washing machines, and two of these appliances will also go on the block.”

Also on offer will be some top quality Defy, LG and Samsung appliances, including side-by- side and combination fridges, top- and front-loader washing machines, and dishwashers.

“During Bidway’s first exclusive auction, the solid Blackwood furniture lots and leather couches drew great interest from bidders. To meet the demand, we will have 25 genuine leather couches and eight-, 10- and 12-seater Blackwood dining room tables and chairs for sale this time.”

In addition, the auction floor will be filled with LED and SUHD television sets from LG and Samsung. Hi-fis, home theatre systems and Blu-Ray players will also be sold.

The assets on the auction may be viewed and inspected at Bidway’s Woodstock premises between 9am and 4pm on Wednesday, June 28.
