JR’s saddle rode high at California auction

CALIFORNIA’S Julien’s Auctions sold a silver saddle used by Larry “JR” Hagman in the TV series Dallas for $80 000 (over R1 million).

Other Dallas items sold by Hagman on auction included a portrait of his co-star Jim Davis (the original father of the Dallas family) that went for more than $38 000 and a pair of pistols that fetched more than $4 000. – Auctions Writer
