Pelican Heights property offers two houses

A PROPERTY comprising two separate houses to be sold as one lot will be auctioned on August 30. Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auctions Western Cape, says the properties are at 21 Nightjar Street in Pelican Heights.

The auction will be by silent tender, with written offers to be submitted in sealed envelopes. Tenders will close at noon on August 30. The reserve price is R2.7 million, but all offers will be viewed. Transfer duty will be payable.

No registration fee is required to bid. The buyer will be expected to pay a deposit of 5% of the purchase price, and 10% commission plus VAT over and above the purchase price. Bidders must be registered and must produce certified copies of their IDs and proof of residence.
