Affordable security estate in Ottery

-

A SECOND phase for The Palms, a security estate in the Ferness Estate area of Ottery, was launched this week. On offer are 113 two- bedroom, one- bathroom apartments, with open-plan kitchens and dining and living areas.

The apartments are priced from R995 000 and this includes a parking bay for each apartment. Garages are available for purchase.

Garden units have exclusive- use garden areas of between 21m² and 123m², while top floor apartments have views of Constantiaberg and Devil’s Peak.

Defined by clean and contemporary architectural lines, specifications include marble tops in the kitchens and bathrooms; porcelain tiles throughout and built-in cupboards in the main bedroom and kitchen. There is also a built-in oven and hob in each unit.

“The tremendous success of the first phase of this development has resulted in a complete sell-out and all residents are already in occupation,” says Mike Greeff, CEO of Greeff Christie’s International Real Estate.

“This is an exciting development, since it offers an affordable living solution and has the appeal of a new product, combined with the peace of mind of security, in the south-east suburbs, where community life is thriving, and property values are climbing.”

The residents of Ottery enjoy excellent access to various amenities, including schools. Ottery is also known for its abundant shopping opportunities, which include China Town, the Ottery Shopping Centre and the Ottery Value Centre. The community is serviced by a police station, a new driving licence testing centre and has easy access to public transport.
