Van Zyl believes the property, which forms part of a deceased estate, offers potential buyers “a handyman’s dream”.

The auction will take place on site at 144, 4th Avenue, Belmont Park, Kraaifontein, at 11am on Tuesday.

Potential bidders must provide an identity document and proof of residence for registra- tion. There are no related registration fees.

The buyer must pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price, and the auctioneer’s commission, by electronic transfer or bank guaranteed cheque, on the day of the auction.
