Assets geared to needs of Western Cape buyers

-

WH AUCTIONS will hold its next repossession and fleet auction at its new premises in Epping Industria 2 on Thursday, offering a variety of assets that have been chosen to meet the needs of Western Cape buyers.

“Based on the exceptional success of our opening auction, we identified the stock and auction requirements of the hundreds of people who attended the sale,” says Martin Dibowitz, who heads the auction house’s recently established Cape Town operation.

“We were inundated with requests for specific items,” he says.

The upcoming auction will include a selection of longdistance truck tractors; trailers; rigid trucks comprising four-, six-, eight- and 10-tonners in flat-deck and box-body combinations; crane trucks; refrigerated trucks; personnel carriers; and water tankers, Dibowitz says.

“Over and above this list, we will be offering a variety of light delivery vehicles and some executive passenger cars.

“On the plant side, we have a number of earthmoving units, including digger loaders, front-end loaders, tele-handlers and sit-on and walkbehind rollers, as well as tow-behind compressors, and a variety of generators and small plant.”

A number of forklifts, including diesel, LPG (gaspowered) and roughterrain units will be also available for sale, he says.

“In addition, WH has been appointed to auction a large number of repossessed running and non-runner units from one of the leading financial institutions. These vehicles will also be on this auction,” Dibowitz says.

The auction will be conducted at 10.30am on Thursday at WH Park, 17 Dacres Avenue, Epping 2.

Viewing is on Wednesday from 9am until 4.30pm.

As with all WH’s auctions, webcast bidding is available to all registered buyers.
