Wynberg units have ‘glorious views’

-

LUXURY duplex living is coming to the southern suburbs with the development of The Aldro in Wellington Avenue, upper Wynberg.

Marketed exclusively by Greeff Properties, The Aldro has open-plan outdoor living, high-end finishes and glorious mountain views, says Mike Greeff, CEO of Greeff Christie’s International Real Estate.

Created by architects Nic Louw and Neil Burger and developed by Karma Properties, completion is expected during the first quarter of 2019. Prices range from R2.95 million to R4.35m, including VAT, and with no transfer duty.

The development offers three two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments and three three- bedroom, three- bath- room duplex apartments. Units will include top-end, under-carpet heating in bedrooms, heated towel rails in the bathrooms, vinyl wood-like flooring and earthy neutral finishes.

Solar- heated water flows to the upper units, while heat pumps supply the others. A wood- burning, glass- fronted fireplace will also be a feature of each apartment.

Units in The Aldro will have built-in gas braais on the north-facing balconies, with upper units featuring two outdoor living spaces and an outdoor shower in secluded courtyard balconies.

Remote-controlled garages, parking bays and security features are added benefits.

The Aldro will be on show on Sundays from 2pm to 5pm.
