LUXURY duplex living is coming to the southern suburbs with the development of The Aldro in Wellington Avenue, upper Wynberg.

Marketed exclusively by Greeff Properties, The Aldro has open-plan outdoor living, high-end finishes and glorious mountain views, says Mike Greeff, CEO of Greeff Christie’s International Real Estate.

Created by architects Nic Louw and Neil Burger and developed by Karma Properties, completion is expected during the first quarter of 2019. Prices range from R2.95 million to R4.35m, including VAT, and with no transfer duty.
