Lara Foot’s award-winning play is on for a short season at Theatre on the Bay from January 30 to February 10. Foot directs Jennifer Steyn, Mncedisi Shabangu and Andrew Buckland. When Swallows Cry. Mike van Graan’s play premiered to acclaim and sold-out houses at the Market Theatre last year and is on in the Baxter Flipside Theatre from January 31 to February 24. Tickets for the first week, to February 8 are R80. Thereafter the tickets are R95-R120. Concession­s for students and seniors – R70.
