Bid for buses, motorbikes, camping gear and furniture
BIDWAY Auction House will present a variety of assets for auction on Thursday, ranging from passenger buses and motorbikes to camping gear and household furniture and appliances.
The passenger buses will include a 2015 Tata bus that can seat 38, a 2015 28-seater Marco Polo Tata bus and smaller 20-seater 2016 Iveco Daily buses, says auctioneer Stef Olivier, who heads the auction house.
Three Harley Davidson motorbikes and a BMW F800 Adventure motorbike have been released for next week’s auction.
“The Harley Davidson motorbikes are late models with low mileage, and are in very good condition,” Olivier says.
“In addition to the buses and motorbikes on auction, we will offer a massive variety of camping gear and furniture and appliances for sale in our warehouse auction on the same day.”
Olivier says there will be more than 15 tents, 20 camping chairs, stretchers, tables, cooler boxes and lights available.
Household appliances from Samsung, including side-by-side combination fridge/freezers, dishwashers and washing machines will go under the hammer. Also available will be a selection of flat-screen TV sets, ranging in size from 32” to 55”.
Olivier says the furniture to be auctioned has been released from a hotel and includes patio lounge suites, pool loungers, tables and chairs, beds, floor scales, patio heaters and airconditioning units.
All the assets on the auction floor can be viewed and inspected between 9am and 4pm on Wednesday at Bidway’s premises at 179 Albert Road, Woodstock.
The auction will be held at the same venue, starting at 11am, on Thursday.
