A FARM on the banks of the Goukou River, close to the seaside town of Stilbaai on the Garden Route, will be auctioned by BKB Properties this month.

The property is currently used as a horse farm but has a resort zoning, says Albie Loubser of BKB Properties. The 168ha farm offers 500m of river frontage and falls within a water skiing zone.

There are currently eight buildings and an olive orchard on the property. The farm is in pristine condition and has magnificent views, Loubser says.

While the property would be ideal for use as a guest house with horse farm, Loubser says it also offers an outstanding development opportunity as approval has already been granted for the development of 15 residential houses and additional infrastructure.
