Luxury and space on green Noordhoek estate with views
OVERLOOKING Noordhoek Valley and featuring breathtaking, panoramic mountain and ocean views, Chapman’s Bay Estate, epitomises ecofriendly living.
The 45-hectare estate, marketed exclusively by Greeff Christie’s International Real Estate, has Table Mountain Nature Reserve as a backdrop.

Many security estates lean towards densification but Chapman’s Bay bucks this trend by spreading 145 units across the sprawling estate. Units include townhouses and free-standing homes with two, three or four bedrooms.
Only one-fifth of stock is still available, in the estate, which is expected to be 80% complete by the end of the year. While plans have been drawn up for each of the plot types, purchasers can use an architect of their own choosing to design their home, provided the design is in keeping with the estate’s guidelines.
Care was taken to work with the natural mountain contours to create spaces which promise maximum privacy and minimum wind.
