Quandrant Gardens the final phase

-

CONSTRUCTION of the final phase of The Quadrant, an exclusive retirement offering, is well under way with completion due next year.

Close to the Claremont CBD and Cavendish Square, the complex already comprises 150 apartments, 3 500m2 of consulting offices and 1 500m2 of retail space.

“Twelve of the apartments in Quadrant Gardens have been reserved and we expect that, given the limited availability of urban retirement options in the southern suburbs, these units will be in high demand,” says Bev Bloch, manager of the Pam Golding Properties southern suburbs retirement sales team.

Designed for the over-60s, Quadrant Gardens will consist of 78 spacious life-right apartments for independent living, as well as assisted-living care package options.

A 19-bed care centre will be available for those who need 24-hour nursing and tenants will have easy access to medical facilities at the nearby Life Kingsbury hospital.

The units at Quadrant Gardens, which range from studios to large two and three-bedroom apartments, start from about R2 million up to R6.5m.

There will be an in-house restaurant, garden, lounge and library as well as the use of the adjoining Quadrant Gymnasium and indoor pool.

The official launch will take place in May, but interested buyers can secure their units at pre-launch prices.
