Dan Patlansky at Kirstenbos­ch. Dan Patlansky and Albert Frost are sharing the stage on this Sunday at Kirstenbos­ch – on its summer concert series platform.

Summer is almost over and the last concert is on April 1 – Karen Zoid and Kahn Morbee. Patlanksy is regarded as one of the top blues guitarists in the world – regularly making it on to “best of blues guitarists” lists compiled by prestigiou­s publicatio­ns.

The Road to Mecca. Athol Fugard’s classic play opens at the Fugard Theatre on Tuesday (March 27), World Theatre Day – and is on until April 28.

Selwyn and Gabriel. Richard Kaplan’s poignant, funny two-hander is back at Alexander Upstairs from April 2-17, at 7pm.

It features award-winning actors Kai Luke Brummer as Selwyn and Mbulelo Grootboom as Gabriel, and they are brilliant as they riff off each other. Direction is by Matthew Kalil.
